Mapeo de una cadena de valor para la sostenibilidad productiva. Una revisión sistemática

Existe una falta de comprensión integral sobre la estructura y funcionamiento de las Cadenas de Valor (CV) en términos de sostenibilidad. Considerar adecuadamente las dimensiones de la sostenibilidad es crucial para evaluar correctamente las CV en la sostenibilidad productiva. Este artículo tiene como objetivo realizar una revisión sistemática sobre el mapeo de las CV para la sostenibilidad productiva, utilizando el marco SALSA. Se evaluaron 53 artículos científicos, de los cuales 21 se catalogaron como referencias técnicas y 32 como fundamentos teóricos en relación con los conceptos sostenibles en CV. Del total de referencias técnicas, el 47% realizó estudios de caso y el 27% desarrolló un enfoque cuantitativo para el mapeo de las CV. Se identificó que la herramienta Sus-VSM es ideal para el mapeo de las CV, ya que abarca las cuatro dimensiones de la sostenibilidad: económica, ambiental, social y política.
